About The Position

As an Industry Principal, you will play a critical role at the forefront of organizational transformation, enabling enterprises to progress from innovative experimentation to achieving tangible, measurable impact. The position emphasizes leveraging technology to create operational advantages for clients, rather than focusing on sales. You will facilitate organizations in realizing the full potential of workplace modernization, infrastructure enhancement, security improvements, data and AI advancements, and platform optimization, supporting them within Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud environments. Your expertise will extend beyond preliminary pilots and proofs of concept, as you design and implement strategic approaches that are practical, scalable, resilient, and compliant with regulatory and operational demands. Through an integrated consulting and engineering model, you will guide clients through each phase of transformation, from conceptualization to execution, modernizing workflows, decision-making processes, and value creation strategies. You will develop programs to enhance productivity, reduce operational inefficiencies, strengthen governance, and deliver clear returns on investment that resonate with executive leadership and boards. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will provide clarity amidst uncertainty, assisting senior leaders in aligning strategic priorities, evaluating trade-offs, and making informed investment decisions. You will formulate business cases, define strategic roadmaps, and ensure AI deployment is conducted responsibly, securely, and with a focus on desired outcomes. Additionally, you will engage with high-performing teams by aligning account leaders, architects, engineers, and partners to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. From participating in boardroom discussions to overseeing delivery, you will ensure strategic objectives translate into effective implementation and impactful results.
