About The Position

At Braze, we are seeking an Industry Marketing Lead to develop and execute industry-specific marketing strategies for Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports brands. This role is crucial for driving adoption and demonstrating the value of Braze's platform in helping these brands achieve their marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, enablement, content, and customer success teams to establish Braze as the leading customer engagement solution in these key industries. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 7-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably working with a range of customers at an agency, technology partner or consulting firm.
  • Expertise in the Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including customer engagement platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: strong ability to develop and execute industry-specific marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Content Creator: skilled at crafting compelling content and campaigns that resonate with industry audiences and highlight product value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a content and communications strategy tailored to the Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports industry.
  • Collaborate with sales and other industry leads to align Braze’s value proposition with industry-specific marketing objectives and business outcomes.
  • Develop frameworks and standards that drive consistency, efficiency, and quality in all industry storytelling and enablement.
  • Create programs that highlight the relevance of Braze for the industries, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop client-facing materials that effectively communicate the value of Braze’s platform and industry solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to generate and distribute deep insights that matter to target customers.
  • Serve as Braze’s expert on this industry, offering insights and expertise to internal teams and clients.
  • Train sales teams and facilitate the ongoing exchange of knowledge and best practices.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, clients, and agencies to inform content, research, and product development, ensuring our solutions meet industry needs.
