About The Position

UiPath is expanding its Healthcare business, focusing on Provider and Health System organizations, with related interests in Payer and Life Sciences (Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device companies). This role is for an Industry Associate dedicated to Healthcare Providers. The primary goal is to understand the current state and future direction of the healthcare provider market, and to establish strategies for UiPath to achieve consistent success at scale. This is a practical, results-driven industry position for individuals with direct experience in regulated healthcare settings (health systems, hospitals, payers, or clinical operations). The role involves shaping executive discussions, influencing product development, and creating scalable, high-impact sales strategies. It does not involve sales quotas or product management responsibilities. Success will be evaluated based on clarity, reproducibility, and contribution to growth.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on provider and/or health system environments.
  • Experience in regulated functions such as Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, Care Delivery, Quality, Compliance/Regulatory, or Enterprise IT within a healthcare organization.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), MEDITECH, Allscripts/Veradigm, athenahealth, NextGen).
  • Working understanding of how automation and AI agents integrate with or around these systems.
  • Experience contributing to or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within a health system, payer, or provider network.

Nice To Haves

  • Payer or life sciences experience (biopharma/medical devices) is a plus.
  • Experience in digital transformation, clinical informatics, or operational roles within health systems, hospitals, or payer organizations.
  • Industry or solutions roles at healthcare-focused software or technology companies (including EMR vendors or EMR-adjacent software/services companies).
  • Healthcare-focused consulting roles with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Action-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to document, structure, and synthesize information naturally.
  • Skill in identifying patterns, plays, and leverage points.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear perspective on the healthcare market.
  • Systematically document current practices of healthcare customers (payers, providers, health systems).
  • Identify common patterns and use cases across care delivery, clinical operations, revenue cycle, member/patient access, and health plan administration.
  • Formulate a clear and supportable viewpoint on future customer strategies for repeatable outcomes in regulated healthcare environments.
  • Translate market perspectives into clear, repeatable sales plays tailored to specific healthcare buyer personas and business objectives.
  • Equip sales teams with structured narratives that resonate with healthcare executives (CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, Chief Digital/Transformation Officers, Chief Medical Information Officers).
  • Analyze opportunity size and prioritize initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Product teams to estimate Total Addressable Market (TAM) for key healthcare use cases and plays, including revenue cycle management, prior authorization, clinical documentation support, patient access/scheduling, claims processing, and care coordination.
  • Assist in prioritizing healthcare segments, functions, and workflows based on impact, scale, and repeatability for the portfolio.
  • Provide structured, evidence-based input to product strategy, identifying the highest-impact areas for driving business value for healthcare customers.
  • Drive executive-level customer engagement by acting as a trusted and credible industry voice for leaders in health systems and provider organizations.
  • Contribute to outcome-focused discussions within the healthcare provider portfolio.
  • Enhance industry credibility and accelerate decision-making through strategic engagement.
