Industrials Integration Engineer

Applied Intuition•Sunnyvale, CA
•$140,000 - $175,000•Onsite

About The Position

Applied Intuition is seeking an integration engineer to bring autonomous haulage and heavy equipment platforms to life in the mining industry. The role owns integration of drive-by-wire systems, sensors, compute, and networking on large off-road vehicles, working with platform teams to take machines from bare platforms to fully commissioned autonomous vehicles at live customer sites. The engineer will lead vehicle bring-up and commissioning, debug across hardware and software, and develop tooling, diagnostics, and integration processes for reliable deployments. The position also plans and executes brake, steering, and system-level test campaigns supporting functional safety and regulatory compliance, while working with OEMs, hardware vendors, and customer engineering teams. The role includes time at active mine and quarry sites and requires willingness to travel for short periods. Applied Intuition is an in-office company. Full-time employees are expected to work primarily from an Applied Intuition office five days per week, with occasional flexibility for remote work. This expectation does not apply to contractor positions.
