Industrial Welder - Equipment Repair

About The Position
An industrial operation is seeking an experienced welder to perform welding and repair work on heavy steel, metal components, and equipment. This is a full-time, day-shift, long-term temp-to-hire position. Saturday work may be required as needed. Pay starts at $28.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE), with weekly pay.
Requirements
- Industrial welding experience.
- Comfort working with heavy steel.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Stick/arc welding experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding on metal components and equipment.
- Prepare and fit materials for welding.
- Cut and grind steel as needed.
- Inspect welds for strength and quality.
- Maintain welding tools and work areas.
