About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder and Equipment Repair Technician to join the diesel shop maintenance team. The role involves welding, fabrication, compactor repair, and equipment maintenance to ensure equipment functions properly and safely. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding and compactor repair experience, along with a basic understanding of electrical wiring and hydraulics. The position is in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment that values growth and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in welding and equipment repair, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Knowledge of electrical wiring and hydraulic systems.
