About The Position

As an Industrial Water/Wastewater Engineering Principal at CEC, you will develop strategic vision, lead the growth and expansion of client relationships, and work with engineers and scientists to direct and manage a wide range of industrial water and wastewater projects. You will collaborate across multiple office locations and with Market Group leaders to expand services and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
Strong understanding of consulting project management principles and delivery tools
Technical expertise in industrial water and wastewater systems and projects
Extensive experience with: Process calculations, Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Mass balance development, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process control and instrumentation systems, Equipment and piping specifications

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical guidance and advisory support to clients and internal teams
Develop and oversee project scope, schedule, quality assurance, and cost control
Lead and direct multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful completion
Expand existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities within Manufacturing, Mining, Power, and Solid Waste markets
Lead and participate in industry networking and business development efforts
Actively support recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff to meet project and client needs
