Come join our team supporting the wastewater treatment needs for a food processing client located in Worthington, Minnesota! In this unique role, you will have the chance to work in Industrial Wastewater Treatment, allowing you the opportunity to grow and develop your skill set in the field. The Worthington, Minnesota staff is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant and the building and grounds. The Wastewater Operator will be responsible for process monitoring and adjustments, as well as performing basic to advanced mechanical and electrical repairs on pumps, compressors, valves, HVAC equipment, and various types of electrical equipment including VFDs, power systems, and much more. You will participate in the daily operations and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facility as directed by the plant manager. Schedule: Monday â Friday, 7.00am â 3.30pm. Our staff participates in an âon callâ rotation for plant coverage outside normal workday hours and rotating short shifts on weekends and holidays. Operators may be required to respond to emergency situations and work in inclement weather as needed.
