Technicians must be comfortable performing physically demanding, dirty work in hazardous environments, including exposure to heat, chemicals, and industrial residues. This position requires the ability to travel extensively to various job sites and support 12-hour shifts, often working 7 days per week during active turnaround events. Assignments are project-based by nature, aligned with client shutdown schedules.
