Requirements
- At least 1 year of coating/spraying experience
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to follow written instructions and processes
- Able to read and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to be cross-trained and help where needed
Responsibilities
- Apply specialized coatings to industrial, commercial, and customer parts
- Control coating thickness to exact specifications
- Work across multiple areas including: Blasting, Masking, Coating, Inspection
- Follow work instructions and documented processes
- Perform light data entry in some work areas
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Work as part of a team to hit quality and production goals
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and Jet-Hot safety standards
