About The Position

AZ Quality Services is seeking a qualified and flexible team player to work full-time as an Industrial Sewer in a seating facility in Pontiac, MI. Candidates must be proficient in sewing by hand and using an industrial sewing machine. This role requires reliability, responsibility, and proactive engagement. The position involves communication with the team, participation in meetings, reviewing defective parts, and establishing root causes for issues, as well as reworking repairable parts.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to sew both by hand and with an industrial sewing machine
• Communication with the Team
• Participate in meetings, MQR's etc.
• Routinely review defective or rejected parts
• Establish issue "Root Cause"
• Rework all parts able to be repaired
