You will be the go-to expert for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems within factories, plants and manufacturing facilities. Requirements

  • Proven track record in industrial electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals with ease.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills—you can find the "needle in the haystack" in complex systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and a commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Flexibility: for overtime or on-call shifts as needed.
  • Physical stamina to work at heights, in confined spaces, or stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of an apprenticeship is a plus!
  • Valid electrician license/certification is preferred but not required to start

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in industrial environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems in machinery and control systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members as needed.
