About The Position

Aether Aerospace is seeking Industrial Security Specialists as a part of a Bid & Proposal effort. Industrial Security Specialists provide support to the customer in establishing security requirements for OCONUS Maintenance Repair Overhaul & Update (MRO&U), Depot, and Supply Warehouse facilities for assigned operations.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Thorough knowledgeable of multiple DoD and Services' security references, regulations and instructions pertaining to activity, physical and information security.
• In-depth knowledge of the NISPOM and JAFAN series security requirements
• Ability to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations
• Available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
• Independent self-starter, proactive and professional assertive
• Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviews
• Communicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviews
• Maintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditation
• Identify security clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locations
• Assist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sites
• Coordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities Requirements Documents (FRDs) and document results
