About The Position

You will be the Industrial Security Representative Associate for the Industrial Security team. Our team is responsible for program security duties supporting multiple special access programs and collateral efforts. As the Industrial Security Representative Associate you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive security functions across personnel, physical, technical, and classification domains. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage security aspects including personnel, physical, technical, and classification management per DoD Manual 5205.07 and NISPOM. Complete Program Access Requests (PAR) and support classified meetings. Provide program management support for special access programs. Deliver security education and guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07, dtd January 2025.
  • Final Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Upon being trained, be able to work unsupervised to accomplish tasks.
  • The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
  • This position requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered.
