As an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 2 located in Redondo Beach, CA, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
Organized and efficient at time management
Knowledge of Physical Security construction requirements
Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
Excellent communication skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking
Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

ICD 705 training
Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals
Experience overseeing installation and maintenance of all alarms, access control systems, CCTV
Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMS)

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures
Oversee the installation and maintenance of all alarms, access control systems, CCTV coverage
Ensure all new construction projects are reviewed for security compliance
Provide physical security guidance on a variety of physical security issues
Conduct risk assessments and surveys as required
Prepare and maintain metrics
Other duties as assigned
