The position involves supporting new and existing customers to increase business, generating new sales leads, following up on customer satisfaction, troubleshooting lubricant opportunities, handling customer complaints, providing lubrication education and oil analysis interpretation, assisting with sales planning and forecasting, managing change for continuous improvement, developing customer relations, gathering data from other departments for communication, and creating plant lubrication surveys.
