General Description The Industrial Sales Representative maintains an expert level of product knowledge & applications in order to resolve customer issues. As the Industrial Sales Representative, you will provide support throughout the organization between sales staff, outside parties, operations and headquarters.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with existing managers & reps to support new & existing customers to increase customer business.
Generates & processes new sales leads as necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction of products & services.
Troubleshoot prospective and current customer base lubricant opportunities.
Deals with customer complaints & resolves issues as necessary.
Provide ongoing support, including lubrication education, to sales team as well as customers.
Provide oil analysis interpretation for both internal & external customers.
Work with sales for planning, forecasting and taking care of customer needs.
Manage and implement change to ensure continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain customer relations.
Gather data from other departments to help ensure communication throughout sales organization.
Create and provide plant lubrication surveys.
