General Description The Industrial Sales Representative maintains an expert level of product knowledge & applications in order to resolve customer issues. As the Industrial Sales Representative, you will provide support throughout the organization between sales staff, outside parties, operations and headquarters.

  • Define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with existing managers & reps to support new & existing customers to increase customer business.
  • Generates & processes new sales leads as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction of products & services.
  • Troubleshoot prospective and current customer base lubricant opportunities.
  • Deals with customer complaints & resolves issues as necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support, including lubrication education, to sales team as well as customers.
  • Provide oil analysis interpretation for both internal & external customers.
  • Work with sales for planning, forecasting and taking care of customer needs.
  • Manage and implement change to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain customer relations.
  • Gather data from other departments to help ensure communication throughout sales organization.
  • Create and provide plant lubrication surveys.
