Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with technical training.
  • 4+ years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician in manufacturing.
  • Forklift operating experience.
  • Proficient English communication (written and verbal) and computer skills for documentation.
  • Your own mechanic’s toolset.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform mold changeovers to standard.
  • Isolate faults across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems using prints, manuals, and OEM guidance.
  • Remove/replace worn or defective components using hoists and hand/power tools; inspect part geometry and finish.
  • Confirm dimensional requirements with rules, calipers, and micrometers; make precise adjustments.
  • Execute PMs and detailed cleanings to extend asset life.
  • Operate with zero compromises to OSHA, Federal, Local, and site safety policies.
  • Apply utility knowledge across chillers, compressors, and related systems.
  • Escalate mold/machine deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Record work performed, anomalies, and next steps to ensure continuity across teams.
  • Complete assigned training to expand your capabilities.
  • Support additional plant maintenance activities as needed.
