About The Position

JLL is seeking an Industrial Property Manager to join their growing team in Denver, CO. This role will support an Institutional client/portfolio and is responsible for providing direct management oversight for assigned Industrial properties. The Property Manager will focus on maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Key responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. The position emphasizes an experiential approach to property management, people integration, and leveraging technology and data to drive change. The Property Manager will provide leadership, outstanding customer service, manage an industrial portfolio, prepare budgets and financial reports, manage TI and/or capital improvement projects, and develop staff. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining successful relationships with building owners and tenants. The role requires strategic and collaborative problem-solving, a focus on work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices, as well as developing diverse teams through inclusive communication. Embracing the human side of business, the Property Manager will be people-focused, understanding the needs and motivations of clients and team members, and adept at conflict resolution and client retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, with recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare being a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other related financial reports.
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
  • CO Real Estate License required within 120 days.
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of technology tools and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Proven track record of results, ability to act decisively, think big, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
