About The Position

JLL is seeking an Industrial Property Manager to join their growing team in Denver, CO. This role will support an Institutional client/portfolio and is responsible for providing direct management oversight for assigned Industrial properties. The Property Manager's primary goal is to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Key responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting. The position emphasizes an experiential approach to property management, focusing on people integration, synergy, and developing staff for future roles. It also involves applying new technology and data to drive change and managing industry-changing properties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience
  • Recent experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) is a plus
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • CO Real Estate License is required within 120 days
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required
  • Both verbal and written communication skills are vital
  • Good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset
  • Proven track record of results
  • Act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
