JLL is seeking an Industrial Property Management (IPM) Lead to lead their Industrial property management team in Central / North Texas. This position will manage teams throughout the region and will have overall responsibility for the industrial property management business in the Central / North Texas Region. The role reports locally to the Regional Manager with matrix reporting to the head of US industrial property management. Key priorities include leading the industrial property management team, developing and implementing best-in-class industrial property management practices, and growing the industrial property management business in the region. This position will also take a national leadership role on the industrial property management team and will represent JLL to its national and local client base, balancing the delivery of an industry-leading property management platform with selling those services. The role includes a national client relationship management (CRM) role with significant client interaction. The IPM Lead will provide leadership to multiple teams in multiple geographies, focusing on the client experience by providing innovative solutions to clients and tenants. Essential skills include exceptional people management, accountability for portfolio results, multi-tasking, and flexibility. Responsibilities include approving key client and internal deliverables (budgets, financial reports), collaborating with leasing, investment sales, and other business line partners to identify new opportunities, and initiating business development and retention initiatives. The role involves leveraging the team extensively, developing team members through delegation, and identifying opportunities for performance efficiencies, with a drive to use technology to simplify business, improve relationships, and empower teams. The IPM Lead will contribute to establishing and refining work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices, and developing successful, diverse teams through inclusive communication, hiring, and career development practices. Strengthening strategic partnerships with clients, pitching new business proposals, and delivering innovative solutions to expand JLL's footprint are key. The role requires active engagement in the commercial real estate industry and leadership roles with industry and community organizations to raise JLL’s profile and build relationships. The position emphasizes a people-focused approach, understanding the needs, perspectives, and motivations of clients and team members, and managing client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution and account maintenance.
