2ND SHIFT Industrial Process Maintenance Technician
About The Position
This is a hands-on maintenance role where you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment. Every shift brings something different, and your work directly impacts production. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, performing preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, and systems, responding to breakdowns to get equipment back online quickly, replacing components, assisting with equipment installs and upgrades, reading schematics and technical manuals, tracking work orders and repairs in CMMS, and monitoring equipment to catch issues before they become problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience (industrial, mechanical, or electrical)
- Strong troubleshooting skills—you can work independently
- Experience working with equipment in a production or facility setting
- Ability to read schematics and manuals
- Knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO, etc.)
- Ability to handle physical work and stay active
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PLCs or control systems
- Maintenance certifications (electrical, HVAC, OSHA)
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with CNC equipment or blueprints
