Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or business administration
3 years of experience in supply chain or planning, preferred
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for production planning.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to interpret and analyze capacity and demand data to optimize workflows.
Experience coordinating with supply chain and engineering teams to align production goals.
Knowledge of industrial planning tools such as MRP.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize production schedules to ensure scalability and alignment with project milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and logistics to synchronize material flow and capacity planning.
Monitor production reliability using ERP systems such as SAP to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.
Drive innovation in planning processes through digital tools and lean manufacturing principles.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across planning and operations teams to enhance efficiency and standardization.
