Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Proficiency with painting tools, equipment, and surface preparation techniques
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and work at heights
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Knowledge of safety practices related to coatings and materials
Ability to follow instructions and technical specifications
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated work style

Nice To Haves

Experience in industrial or commercial painting environments
Familiarity with protective or specialty coatings
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and repairing walls, wood, and metal
Fill holes and cracks with putty or plaster and apply primers or sealers as required
Apply paints, varnishes, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Mix and match paints to achieve specific colors, shades, and finishes
Protect furniture, floors, equipment, and fixtures using drop cloths and tape
Ensure finishes meet quality, durability, and aesthetic standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area
Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines
Perform work across residential, commercial, and industrial environments as needed
