About The Position

Pro Staffing Solutions, a proud division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., is a rapidly growing family-owned skilled trades labor contractor dedicated to connecting talented professionals with leading companies across the United States. They are seeking Industrial Painters for a full-time position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. The job consists of some prepping and utilizing a pressure pot system. Immediate hire positions are available.

Requirements

• Pass a paint test
• Experience with a pressure pot system
• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of experience in industrial painting or a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with different types of coatings and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations related to painting and coatings
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Nice To Haves

• Automotive painting experience is a plus as well

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed
• Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to surfaces in accordance with specifications
• Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, and other painting equipment
• Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards and correct any defects
• Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and ventilation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or other technical documents
• Assist with routine maintenance of painting equipment and tools
