About The Position

Aeroservicios USA is a Miami-based provider of new and refurbished Ground Support Equipment (GSE), serving domestic and international airlines, commercial, cargo, regional, and charter as well as major ground handlers and FBOs. Supplying equipment through direct sales, leases, and short-term rentals, backed by quality maintenance services.

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Painter to prepare, paint, and refinish Ground Support Equipment (GSE) used in airport and aviation operations. The ideal candidate has strong surface preparation skills, experience with industrial or automotive coatings, and a high attention to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop or Industrial Painter
• Experience painting GSE, heavy equipment, trucks, buses, or industrial machinery preferred
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint systems
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety data sheets.
• Familiarity with corrosion protection and protective coatings is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop environments
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Nice To Haves

• Experience painting GSE, heavy equipment, trucks, buses, or industrial machinery preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare GSE units for painting (cleaning, sanding, filling, masking, priming).
• Apply paint using Pressure Pot with Air Spray Gun according to specifications.
• Mix paints, hardeners, and thinners to required ratios.
• Match colors and finishes to manufacturer or customer standards.
• Inspect finished surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain paint booths, tools, and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational efficiency and business needs.
