About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Minden, NV. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with industrial painting experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Previous industrial painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of industrial painting techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and prepping
- Apply industrial coatings and paint using appropriate equipment
- Follow paint specifications and quality standards
- Inspect completed work for proper coverage and finish
- Maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Perform other duties related to industrial painting as needed
