About The Position

AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Construction team as an Industrial Painter. This position offers the opportunity to travel, work on a variety of projects, and help maintain and improve our facilities throughout Iowa and beyond.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a Class A CDL
• Ability to travel as projects require

Responsibilities

• Paint new LP, Fuel, and NH₃ bulk plants, nurse tanks, and other facilities
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, pressure washing, and media blasting
• Mix and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Operate equipment including manlifts, paint sprayers, and media blasting machines
• Coordinate the delivery and pickup of project materials and supplies
• Travel throughout Iowa and occasionally to southern states during the winter for scheduled projects
• Support construction teams and local locations when weather conditions prevent painting work
