About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to prepare and paint metal parts using a pressure pot system. The role includes surface preparation, mixing coatings, inspecting finished work, and maintaining paint equipment and clean work areas. Pay is $24–$27 per hour based on experience and paint test. First- and second-shift schedules are available. Applicants should apply with a resume.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Experience with airless and conventional spray equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial coatings, epoxies, and urethanes.
- Ability to read work orders and follow specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and dependability.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive painting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting as required.
- Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain paint equipment and keep work areas clean.
- Read work orders and follow specifications.
