About The Position

Enersul L.P., as part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings (backed by Berkshire Hathaway), is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment within their plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This role is located in Fox Creek, AB, and the successful candidate will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the plant. The position involves 40 hours per week with occasional call-ins to support operational needs, and the wage is $52.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Journeyman Millwright Certification in Alberta or Red Seal Endorsement.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing millwright experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
• Ability to read diagrams and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
• Safety tickets: H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS is considered an asset.
• Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and hydraulics.
• Create and update plant preventative maintenance program.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency of equipment.
