About The Position
Novelis is seeking an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to join their Maintenance team. Novelis Millwrights work on a wide range of heavy industrial equipment, including high‑speed aluminum rolling mills, batch and continuous strip heat‑treating furnaces, coil slitting and tension levelling systems, process and cleaning lines, and supporting equipment such as overhead cranes, drive systems, pumping systems, and material handling equipment. Our Millwrights support our Vision 3x30 by adhering to safety rules, executing preventative maintenance to eliminate losses due to unplanned downtime, working with Operators to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, repairing on-site equipment safely and efficiently, and working together as one team to achieve zero losses.

- Adhering to safety rules in all undertakings.
