About The Position

Poly-West, a division of Poly-America, L.P., is expanding its Henderson-area location and is hiring an Industrial Mechanic to join a manufacturing maintenance team. The role involves maintaining, installing, troubleshooting, and modifying new and existing industrial converting equipment. The mechanic will recommend and carry out maintenance procedures. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience performing troubleshooting functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Desire to expand knowledge and grow with the company.
• Ability and desire to work safely.
• Ability to work either a night shift or a day shift on an assigned four-days-on/four-days-off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and modify new and existing industrial converting equipment.
• Recommend and execute maintenance procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as necessary or assigned by management.
