About The Position

True North Salmon, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., is seeking a full-time Industrial Mechanic. Cooke Aquaculture Inc. is a global seafood company with operations across North America, Europe, and South America. This role is based out of our St. George facility, but support to other 24/7 operations may be required. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining systems at various process facilities in a safe and economical manner.

Requirements

• Completion of a Community College Industrial Mechanic Program is required.
• Be a highly motivated team player who possesses outstanding communications skills
• Have strong problem solving/trouble shooting skills
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
• A criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining the systems at the various process facilities under the management of Cooke Aquaculture Inc. in a safe and economical manner.
• Support to the maintenance departments of our 24/7 operations may be required.
