About The Position
Buckingham Structural Moving Equipment is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic / Equipment Assembler to join our team. This hybrid role involves assembling new hydraulic-electric structural moving machinery. You will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is reliable, safe, and built to the highest standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment alongside experienced professionals in the structural moving industry.
Requirements
- 3+ years of mechanical experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and assembly instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with equipment assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assemble new structural moving equipment according to specifications and quality standards.
- Test and adjust assembled machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on our specialized hydraulic equipment.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organize tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
