Industrial Maintenance Tech (Blow Molding / Injection Molding)
About The Position
Flexcraft is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support its plastics manufacturing operation. The role focuses on maintaining and improving blow molding and injection molding equipment, along with extrusion systems and related auxiliary equipment. The technician performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs equipment issues, minimizes downtime, supports installations and upgrades, and works with Production and Engineering to address recurring problems at their root cause. Work is documented in a CMMS such as IQMS. Flexcraft operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility with day and night shifts. Shift preferences are considered, but the role requires flexibility to support either shift as needed. Night shift includes a $3-per-hour differential.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience working with 480V, three-phase power.
- Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals.
- Take ownership of work and follow through.

- Experience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Diagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quickly.
- Partner with Production and Engineering to resolve recurring issues at the root cause.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements.
- Document maintenance work in a CMMS such as IQMS or a similar system.
