Requirements

Experience in industrial or facility maintenance preferred.
Working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
Experience safely using hand tools and power tools.
Forklift and manlift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and manlifts.
Perform light electrical repairs and basic plumbing maintenance.
Complete painting, building repairs, and general facility maintenance projects.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance and repair work.
Lift, move, and install heavy equipment and materials safely.
Work from ladders and elevated platforms while following all safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Work independently, prioritize daily maintenance tasks, and communicate progress with supervisors.
Assist with additional maintenance projects and duties as needed.
