About The Position

Entry Industrial Maintenance Technician $3,000 Sign-On Bonus! This is a Full Time position with weekly pay. The role involves performing basic preventive maintenance tasks, operating various tools and equipment, assisting senior mechanics with repairs, and maintaining housekeeping and safe work practices. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written) and understand all SOPs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and/or outside training.
Prepared to perform all tasks in a safe manner.
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed.
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on maintenance and/or millwright experience, or experience in production and/or similar military environment.
Technical school training as mechanic or equivalent highly desired.

Responsibilities

Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and simple equipment inspections.
Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools.
Assist senior mechanics with repairs on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and motors.
Complete housekeeping and safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and proper tool use.
Watch for and report all safety issues.
Follow all GMP and HACCP policies.
Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture by being an active participant in safety programs.
Understand and follow company safety procedures.
