Requirements

2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)
Electrical experience, including exposure to: 3-phase high-voltage systems, Low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, Control wiring and powered equipment
Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)

Responsibilities

Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power.
Travel across your market in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise.
