About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role offers a 4-day work week, working Wednesday through Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts, providing three-day weekends every week. The position involves troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, performing preventative and predictive maintenance, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. The goal is to minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs, while working closely with production and fellow maintenance technicians. This role also involves identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Requirements

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
• Self-motivated with a team-first attitude
• Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a dependable maintenance team
