About The Position

In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with a variety of equipment and systems to ensure everything from machinery to building infrastructure stays in top working condition.

Requirements

At least 1 year of maintenance experience or a combination of experience and trade school in building maintenance, material handling equipment, or refrigeration systems (ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2)
Ability to perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision once trained
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work with teammates and leadership at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and facility structures following safety and company standards
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibration on equipment across the facility and surrounding grounds
Support automated systems by maintaining and testing components such as sensors, switches, and control devices
Complete basic inspections and repairs on refrigeration systems (ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 depending on site)
Perform preventative maintenance on material handling equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
Accurately document maintenance work, inspections, and equipment status, and communicate updates to leadership daily
Support additional maintenance tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Use power tools, welding equipment, and cutting tools to repair or fabricate metal components
Operate lifts and other mobile equipment to safely access and maintain machinery and facility systems
