About The Position

Separation Technologies LLC, a Titan America business, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing operation in York Haven, PA. As we continue investing in automation, process improvements, reliability initiatives, and modern maintenance practices, we are looking for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving technical challenges, and driving operational excellence. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of industrial systems including motors, pumps, pneumatic systems, dryers, separation equipment, and automated process controls. Successful candidates will play a critical role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting the continued growth of our business. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting rotating equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, or process equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical school, trade certification, apprenticeship, or military maintenance experience preferred.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, processing, aggregate, cement, bulk material handling, power generation, or industrial environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or industrial automation systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and support a Safety-First culture in all maintenance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintenance practices, safety performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on dryers, separators, conveyors, motors, pumps, fans, and related production equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
  • Utilize troubleshooting techniques and maintenance best practices to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Support automated process equipment and industrial control systems.
  • Assist with troubleshooting sensors, instrumentation, motor controls, and basic PLC-related issues.
  • Work closely with operations teams to optimize equipment performance through technology and process improvements.
  • Support implementation and commissioning new equipment and emerging technologies.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and parts usage within MaintainX (CMMS).
  • Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
  • Maintain accurate work orders and equipment history records.
  • Assist in managing spare parts inventory and identifying critical replacement components.
  • Partner with plant operations to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
  • Assist maintenance personnel and contractors during major repairs, outage work, and capital projects.
  • Communicate equipment status, repair recommendations, and reliability concerns to plant leadership.
  • Maintain organized work areas and follow established housekeeping standards.
