Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (including PLC exposure)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Dependable, team-focused approach to daily work
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair industrial equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions
- Support automated systems, including troubleshooting PLC-related issues
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Respond to urgent repair needs and restore production quickly
- Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
