Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of related experience in maintenance, machine operation, or manufacturing
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, procedures, and regulations
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to apply electrical and mechanical principles in real-world situations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain production and plant equipment
- Perform equipment and line changeovers to support production needs
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify solutions, share knowledge, and improve processes
