About The Position

Papa John's is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production and facility equipment at its Center in Acworth, Georgia, ensuring or improving production efficiency. The schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule, from 6:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Pay is up to $30 per hour. The role may require flexible hours and availability for emergency call-ins.

Requirements

• At least three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including PLC programming and troubleshooting, industrial refrigeration, welding in all classes, strong electrical knowledge, and plumbing and hydraulics experience.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel or similar applications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Own hand tools required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and/or understand written or verbal policies, instructions, and directions in English.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Experience in a trade apprenticeship and/or college education.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned basic preventative maintenance.
• Assist with facility improvements and basic repairs, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Assist with installation of new equipment.
• Help with assigned basic electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects.
• Support outside contractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
