About The Position

Teasdale Latin Foods is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Carrollton, Texas, to assemble, maintain, and repair machinery. The role ensures the functionality and reliability of machines, engines, and mechanical and electrical systems. Technicians work with various machines and tools, follow safety precautions, and maintain accurate work logs and reports. Multiple shifts are available, and hourly rates depend on experience level.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in an industrial environment.
• Significant experience with hand tools and precision measurement tools such as calipers.
• Working knowledge of industrial mechanics, including power transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of industrial electricity.
• Experience understanding and following established procedures and practices, and reading instructions and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship.

• Food industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
• Regularly inspect machines, engines, transmissions, and other equipment, and run diagnostic tests to identify functionality issues.
• Organize and perform repairs to maximize reliability and promptly resolve reported problems.
• Arrange proper maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Clean and lubricate machinery components.
• Support and advise users on correct maintenance and preventative measures.
• Perform additional work, including repairing hydraulic systems.
• Record and manage work logs and reports.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
