About The Position

Currently hiring 3rd Shift CNC Maintenance Technicians in Apple Creek, OH. As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Werag CNC machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal CNC Maintenance Technician candidate will have hands-on CNC maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and minimize machine downtime.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial maintenance, CNC machinery, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in CNC maintenance, industrial maintenance, or equipment repair.
Experience with Werag CNC machinery preferred; similar CNC equipment experience is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Your own reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
Your own PPE

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Werag CNC machinery to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and component replacements as needed.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and complete necessary repairs.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment failures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and electrical or mechanical schematics.
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance and repairs.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues accurately.
Work with production teams to resolve machine problems and maintain efficient operations.
