Requirements

Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Industrial maintenance experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Valid Driver's License required
Some basic computer and tablet knowledge
Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Good regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Welding and fabrication experience preferred
Electrical License/Training preferred
Knowledge of welding, fabricating, PLC, plumping, electrical troubleshooting, and general industrial maintenance
Knowledgeable in hydraulic pumps but will familiarize you on our equipment.
Safe work practice knowledge
Knowledge of OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain hydraulics and pneumatic systems
Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, windows, door, or wall repairs
Repair broken or leaking plumbing, and restore full use of water fixtures
Work on damaged electrical wiring when a short or severed wire occurs
Maintain the buildings HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Paint the building when old paint has been peeled or chipped
Other tasks as assigned
