About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, mechanical systems, facility equipment, and utilities to support safe, efficient, and reliable operation in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Pay starts in the low $20s and is based on experience and skills.

Two schedules are listed: first shift is Monday 6 a.m.–4 p.m. and Tuesday–Friday 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; second shift is Monday–Friday 3:45 p.m.–12 a.m. Some Saturdays may be required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or similar manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilities.
• Diagnose issues involving motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform basic-to-intermediate electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, switches, and control wiring.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements to support production goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Perform all work safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
