About The Position

Under minimal supervision, responsibilities include the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of the complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment and property. Will be responsible for the maintenance and set-up and repair of selected equipment and property. Performs quality craftsmanship to meet company standards.

Requirements

  • Strong industrial electrical expertise with 4+ years of journey-level electrical maintenance experience, completion of a recognized electrical training program, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across electrical systems while working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform physical work throughout the facility, including equipment maintenance and repair activities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining a strong work ethic, collaborating with team members, and delivering reliable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Keep critical manufacturing equipment running at peak performance by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, PLC-controlled, CNC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Lead complex maintenance and installation projects including 480V/3-phase electrical systems, equipment upgrades, facility improvements, welding, fabrication, rigging, and new construction to support operational excellence.
  • Drive equipment reliability and workplace safety through preventive maintenance, inspections, code compliance, crane and material handling equipment repairs, fire protection system support, and adherence to established safety standards.
  • Be a hands-on problem solver and team contributor by managing parts inventory, coordinating with suppliers, mentoring fellow technicians, and supporting plant facilities, grounds, fleet, and other maintenance initiatives as needed.
