Under direction of facility leadership, the Maintenance Technician Lead performs all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all buildings and grounds and all plant machinery and equipment. This role requires adherence to safety programs and standards, diagnostic evaluation of equipment, and timely repairs to maintain operational readiness. The technician will perform routine, preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on a variety of machinery including autoclaves, air pollution control devices, pumps, hydraulic systems, boilers, electrical generators, pneumatic systems, and plumbing. Light electrical maintenance on plant equipment, PLC and robotics troubleshooting, and fabrication skills are also essential. The role involves documenting work orders, ordering parts, inventory management, and using computer programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel. The technician must be willing to be on-call for emergency repairs outside of normally scheduled shifts and support the company's commitment to safety.
